hello all of you
i just wanted to put the idea out there and see what you all think of it ok
but first off i am tonia
secondly me and my bf have this house that he owns and needs some serious helps. the person who built it was a fool on wheel LOL
and we just need some help with up dateing a few little things
but we are goingt o have to wait till i get my social security before we could even begin getting matearials
this place is a tiny little ranhc home in illlinois but it does need some major help
like the plumbing in the tub doesnt even connect and the tub itself is very off it isnt level and doesnt drain like it should.
we also have a whole in the garage roof that we could use som ehelp getting done also. this garage is an attached an d it si slowly getting worse and worse towards the house itself
the elictrical needs updated also
i would like to have the yard fenced in for our kids and the puppy also. maybe a kool play area for the kids to play on that would really be a blessing. see we have 5 kids between us that dont live iwth us right now.
2 rooms of the house dont even have a furnace duct run to them yet !
i said the builder was a freaking fool LOL
anyhow i am very sick with huntington's disease and i dont get around very well and right now all of our mooney and energy seems to go into keeping me fed and my bf derrick spendsa lot of his time just trying to help me out with every day junk that i dont do well most otf the time
our walls in the house could use some help also
like paint here and there. and the living room has this veyr dark panelign that i would love to get rid of cause it has holes and scratches in it alll over the place.
also like i need to be in a great place like this to get around easier cause it is all on one floor and all
but man it is tough for me cause we really dont have room for our kids in this place either
if all of them cam e over for a week they ouwld have to share one rooom and the living room tooo
that is tough
we have plaenty of room on our little lot for another room or 2 to be added but that would veyr much to cashy for us right now
